Services: Visual Identity
The Southeast Louisiana Military Alliance (SEMA) is an initiative by Greater New Orleans, Inc. aimed at elucidating and promoting the economic impact of the major military assets in the region. GNO brought in Southpaw to create a strong, military-influenced identity system that would appeal and speak to legislators and the public. We then applied this identity across a range of report templates so that new data and stories could be shared quickly and easily.
Creating a Logo
Starting with a star, a common motif in military badges, we developed concepts that referenced the original five assets sometimes incorporating a pelican to reference the Louisiana state flag.
